These terms and conditions apply to all therapies and readings supplied by Myrtle Moon Therapies (sole trader) Redcar, North Yorkshire, TS10 2TL.
Please read the accompanying T&Cs and privacy policy on this website, and only book a session if you agree to each of them. When you submit the client form, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions listed below. Please contact me before submitting your form if there is anything in these terms and conditions that you don’t understand.
Payments:
1) Session fees. You (the client) agree to undertake therapy and/or a reading with Allison Agar, at the costs stated on the website. Payment of fee(s) is due no later than 72 hours before your session, and the appointment may be cancelled if payment is not received.
2) Cancellation fees. You can cancel or reschedule appointments, but you must give at least 48 hours’ notice. If you fail to give this notice period, you will be liable to pay for the session.
3) (i) Individual sessions paid for in advance but not used will be refunded on request, subject to item (2). Refunds will reflect the actual price paid and must be requested within three months of the date of payment.
ii) If you have booked a block of sessions, but cancel at least one within the block, the block discount will not be applied to the sessions you have completed. This means you will be charged for sessions used as if they were single sessions. Refunds for any remaining sessions are subject to item (2).
(iii) No refunds are made for sessions that have taken place.
(iii) No refunds are made for sessions that are part of a specific programme of therapy (e.g., programmes or packages that contain multiple sessions) even if you choose not to complete all the sessions.
Block Bookings & Programmes:
4) A block booking includes more than one session, i.e. this includes programmes and packages. By booking such sessions, you agree to use all of the sessions within a three-month period. Sessions are to be held once a week or once a fortnight, unless otherwise agreed. If you do not use all of the sessions within the three-month period, the remaining sessions will be cancelled and no refunds will be given.
All Therapy Sessions:
5) You accept that my services are offered based on the information you supply and affirm that this information has been a complete and truthful disclosure.
6) You acknowledge that no guarantee of outcome can be made and that the results of therapy may vary between individuals.
7) On rare occasions, it may become apparent that a referral for specialist help to another therapist, practitioner, healthcare provider or a physician may be beneficial. If this is the case, I will explain clearly why I believe this and advise you of options. Therapies and services, such as hypnotherapy, are not suitable for everyone, so I reserve the right to refuse therapy and service if I believe it will be detrimental to your wellbeing. I also may require clients to consult with their GP before undertaking therapy. If you could be called as a witness in a trial, you may be advised against hypnotherapy.
8) If you arrive late or request to finish a session early, you will still be liable to pay for the whole session as sessions cannot be extended.
9) Anti-social behaviour will cause the immediate cessation of the session, with no refund. This includes abusive behaviour and you attending under the influence of alcohol or other mind-altering substances.
10) The digital recording of sessions is strictly prohibited, including audio, video and photographic recordings.
11) You must not listen to any audio recordings whilst driving or operating heavy machinery.
Tarot readings
12) All readings/predictions are for entertainment purposes only.
13) Guarantees cannot be made as to the accuracy or outcome of any reading.
14) Payments are always made in full before a reading, and they are non-refundable. You (the client) agree to the reading with Allison Agar, at the costs stated on the website. Payment of fee(s) is due no later than 72 hours before your session, and the appointment may be cancelled if payment is not received.
15) Cancellation fees. You can cancel or reschedule appointments, but you must give at least 48 hours’ notice. If you fail to give this notice period, you will be liable to pay for the session.
16) You must not rely on the information given in a reading to make important decisions, and the information given in a reading is not a substitute for taking professional advice, such as from a solicitor, teacher, financial advisor, accountant, medical or mental health professional. A reading is not to be requested for emergency situations or crises, and readings about third parties, death, critical illnesses, legal matters or pregnancies will be refused. The reader is not liable for any damages, including financial losses, educational results, health consequences, relationship consequences, or the possibility of any other damages you may link to the content of a reading. The reading is not legally binding.
