Reiki

Reiki, originating in Japan, can help to reduce stress and promote relaxation, which in turn can improve wellbeing. It does this by harnessing a universal life force energy.

If you are interested in learning Reiki, I can work with you through levels 1-3. However, these sessions must be in-person. The following fees apply:

  • Level 1 (Shoden): £200 (for self-care)
  • Level 2: (Okuden) £250 (practitioner level). You must have already achieved L1 before progression to L2 with a minimum of 21 days since achieving your L1.
  • Level 3: (Shinpiden) £350 (Master Teacher). I teach the Master and Teacher as a combined course. You must have already achieved your L1 and L2 before progression to L3 with a minimum of one year since achieving your L2. You will be required to prove documented evidence of in-person treatments for yourself (self-treatment or treatment received from another practitioner) and evidence of client case studies (10 clients, each client receiving 4 treatments).

An online Reiki complementary therapy session is priced at £45. It will involve a combination of distance Reiki and guided meditation. Please allow one hour for this session.

You can combine a reading with a Reiki session for an additional £25; however, you will need to leave one and a half hours for the session. 

In-person Reiki complementary therapy sessions will incur an additional charge for travel costs. Please allow one hour for this session.
