Welcome to Myrtle Moon Therapies.

I’m Alli, a hypnotherapist based in beautiful North Yorkshire (BSc Hons Psychology; Dip. PH), and I also work with BLAST, Advanced EFT, Reiki, past life regression, Tarot and more. 

I work predominantly online, so we can connect wherever you are, and having navigated my own experiences with anxiety and OCD, I bring understanding, humour and warmth to my work, combining all of these approaches in a way that feels supportive and personalised for each person I work with.

Family is everything to me. At home, I share my life with my husband, three cats, a wonderfully chaotic dog, and our grown-up son, who may live away but is always very much part of our lives. I’m an avid Motherland fan, a vegan who adores animals, and I find that being in nature keeps me grounded and inspired. I like to bring lightness to my sessions too, because… do you know what? Even deep inner work can benefit from a smile sometimes.
